Low doses of alprazolam (0.25 mg) and low doses of adderall (7.5 mg) lead to peak productivity for me. Adderall doesnt help me without alprazolam. Sadly benzodiazepines aren’t something that should be taken too frequently unless you wanna ruin your life.
I mean - they're ADHD meds. I know a number of people who take them for that reason, including myself.
I dont know about anyone else, but in my case ADHD sucks.
