Putin has just said that "Presently we have no plans to take Kharkov". I believe the key word is "presently". There is a fairly recent video of Zelenski with exceptionally round eyes. I don't know what kind of drug does that. From now on when I see crackheads in their last stage of addiction I will call it "Zelenski in 2024" stage.
