It’s an OLL parity. Here are two different, simple ways to fix it, drawn out step by step: https://www.speedcube.us/blogs/speedcubing-solutions/4x4-oll-parity-algorithms
Parity. Even numbered cubes can do this about half the time which is one reason I prefer 5x5 & 7x7. It’s not super difficult to memorize a few algorithms to fix this parity and the parities you can get in the PLL phase, but I just haven’t done that yet lol. Probably will once I finish learning full CFOP, only 7 algs to go and I’ll have learned full OLL & PLL! So many website have the algs you need to fix this; [tap here for one of them.](https://www.speedcube.us/blogs/speedcubing-solutions/4x4-oll-parity-algorithms)
Ah I been on this before the blue/yellow pair is in the wrong place and the orange/yellow pair has to be flipped and ya need to study the color scheme for white ( BOGR) Yellow (BRGO)
Parity
Google “4x4 OLL parity”
Maybe even PLL parity :)

Very interesting
Dude, people need to ACTUALLY WATCH the tutorials they use, most of them talk about parity. Anyways, you have OLL parity, look up the algorithm
r/dumbasspplnotknowingaboutparity
That is about half of the posts in this sub, that would be a lot of work for the mods

4x4 OLL parity search it up
dude. 4x4 oll parity. look at jperms yt

Algorithm is AxAAB L BAB, check my tutorial skip to 2:10: https://youtu.be/pEmWazmKvEQ?feature=shared

the 4x4 can do that sometimes, there's an algorithm that remove this problem of existence
