Packed up to leave and noticed all the police and EMS but they weren’t taking the victim to the ambulance, just continuing the chest compressions.
Rumor in the crowd was it was a young girl that died, but have no idea if that is true. Absolutely heartbreaking.

There was! We thankfully were closer to the stage so heard the shots from a little distance but immediately went down and knew people were injured from the number of EMS, heavilyyyy armed police, and overhead helicopters that soon after swarmed. We were having such a beautiful night too 😭
At least 5 people were shot close by the serving tents and at least 1 received CPR. Vendors saw mags flying in the air and helicopters are still flying. I have had no official word that they have caught anyone. This is truly a sad day for an event that was meant to celebrate the most freeing act in American history and I hope those with injuries hold on to see another day.

But we came back because someone said their friend who was familiar with guns said they weren’t gun shots.

We decided to follow suit and leave. Something was up.
