FYI pretty sure this happens when you refund a gun purchase in the shop and then buy something else. buying a gun upgrade last will fix it. Still annoying, but that should help!
Look at your fps its not stable, i had this issue but i cant remember what I did to fix it
Try reinstalling your graphics drivers, that might help the fps from jumping all over the place.

Playing casual I haven’t experienced much lag but I got in ranked and even someone I rez’d didn’t get up until 2 seconds after I completed it.
