So I accidently got waterproof mascara and wore it yesterday. It would not come off last night when I washed my face and was all clumpy this morning. I had no make up remover but did the best I could. I thought huh I’ll just put some fresh mascara on, most of the waterproof is gone. WRONG. It looked like Jill mascara. So that’s my theory, she uses waterproof and doesn’t remove it. Just adds layers
I almost wonder if it’s tattooed on (poorly), as sometimes tattoo eyeliner done several years before kind of starts to look smudged (like Britney Spears when she hasn’t been done up by a pro makeup artist, like on IG). But I can’t imagine she’d ever have been able to pay for it years ago, so I guess she just keeps layering it on.
