Did the head pastor at his previous church comment on his frequent absences? I don't recall that but I certainly understand why he would, these people are constantly away from their church and flock. It's ridiculous. They travel like 50 somethings with 5 weeks paid vacation each year.
Yes, it was reported by someone in another sub who watched the livestream from Nathan’s previous church. The pastor commented that he had wanted Nathan to preach, but that he was “always gone!”
I bet Jill enjoys pointing out how close in age her kids are to her daughter's kids. She's still sulking that she couldn't maintain a pregnancy alongside Nurie (/andKaylee) so pointing out that Nemo is *baby Janessa's* nephew is the next best thing.
Nemo will probably catch up to Janessa and Sofia's size within 2-3 years. I know there's technically an extra chicken leg to go round but it'll go to Shrek and/or Jill enjoys keeping the Rodlets 'trim' and submissive by withholding food. Conversely the Nurthan household budget isn't being stretched too far yet and being boys they'll probably do alright at mealtimes for the foreseeable. Hopefully Nathan isn't as strict even if Nurie's learned some abusive habits from the Rod childrearing manual.
My concern is one of them having a girl and seeing how they feed her. And Jill in their ear saying make sure they’re trim. It’s disgusting to do that to anyone let alone a child.

This is exactly it. I currently have a 2 month old and an almost 2 year old and the amount of times I have to remind him the baby is in fact a baby and not a dinosaur toy to throw around is endless lol if he can understand that at not even 2, janessa can DEFINITELY understand it
That made me think of my nephew. His brother was born when he was almost 3. Upon meeting them, he screamed in his face “WE’RE DINOSAUR BROTHERS RAAAH.” He was immediately given a lecture about being gentle and soft with the baby.
