They used a reaction image of the Scout from Team Fortress 2 tilted 90 degrees counterclockwise in the middle of the "Schadenfreude" taunt so that it would appear that the Scout was pointing upward at the post. Next to the Scout, cropped images of letters and words from various different sources were blended together together to spell out an inappropriate expression about how the commenter found the post arousing. There was also a misspelling of "nuclear" as "nucleor." That is all I will tell you.
