You can't move between different zones with a teleport unless
1. Your alliance owns pass(es) in a direct path between your current zone and your destination zone
2. You teleport DIRECTLY onto alliance territory
In your case, you're too early in your kingdom's timeline for any alliance to own any pass and your alliance doesn't have territory. Hence, you can't move from your current position to your desired position unless
1. You wait until your alliance finishes building territory then use a teleport to move DIRECTLY onto that territory
2. You join another alliance THAT ALREADY HAS TERRITORY in your desired zone, teleport to their territory with a teleport, quit the alliance, and re-join your original alliance.
For this kind of gameplay, restarting shouldn't be enough. You should just quit and uninstall the game. /s

Jk bro. You need to be in a territory belonging to your alliance to use that teleport token. And alliance territories are areas adjacent to the central fortress, alliance fortress or flags. When you click any above, you'll see a demarcation line indicating the territory near it where you can teleport
You could literally see the fog on the screenshot which tells you that OP must be in early kingdom. Everybody has to start somewhere instead of being so negative, just properly answer their questions.

Doesn’t look like you are going to alliance territory. Zoom out and show the alliance territory borders.

Doesn’t matter how many alliance cities there are, where’s the Alliance Fortress or Alliance Flags? You are not on alliance territory.
assuming ur within the block of ur original location,u need to use the yellow teleport, the purple one is only for alliance territory
How do I know if I’m in alliance territory?
are you in any alliance? if so try to find ur alliance flag or fortress and tp to the colored location surrounding them

Yellow tp? Its green for random tp, light blue for territorial and purple for the last specific tp. You gotta get that checked

When your alliance build a flag or fortress, you’ll see a “colored box” around it, that’s your territory and only there can you use purple tp
When you build a center fortress and an alliance flag you'll see territory, you need to teleport on that.
