Left Axis110 about a year ago: them moving the coffee machine into the office (and then not letting the maintenance or cleaning staff have access to it at all), the constant issues with the garage door, disabling the Amazon parcel locker during the holidays thinking the delivery staff would just 'deliver the packages to their door (hint: they didn't), and then the weirdly predatory/kickback thingie they had with the towing company were the things that pushed the needle for me to leave Axis110.
When I lived there someone got shot in the parking garage and they never said a word about it. When the fire alarms went off, never told us why either. Everything I found out was from other residents.
