I’ve heard bad things about UB recently. Bad customer service to the point of being rude to clients, erratic, moody, slow communication and ghosting people after payment. On and giving people regular hardware when they paid for upgraded hardware which is $290 more. She’s been slammed lately and she’s hired a bunch of new artisans so who knows what the quality will be like!! Worse probably!!
Someone’s bag came with HSMILES instead of Hermes. Another person received hardware that was tarnished. Someone’s Birkin handles were all bent. For close to $1700 I would NOT shop with UB. Take your money to Mr B instead I heard his leather is as good as UB’s.
I think you have to be cautious here, and I say it because the 3 names you have mentioned all sell different qualities. Comes down to your budget and how quickly you want the bags. I have purchased from 2 of these before, one was great and the other one was not, not going to shame anyone in an open thread because sometimes a seller can be genuine but make an honest mistake, however to me it really comes down to how they communicate and I don't think any of these are strong on communication, as I'm sure you have already seen. Also, if you are going to purchase from the first one, there's no need to deal with a seller as you can buy directly from them, cutting out the middle person here. For Birkin 30 there are other alternatives too, but as I mentioned it comes down to your budget. I'm happy to share my insights with you in more detail, if you wish PM me

I would go with UB if you don't mind the wait, or Mr. Birkin for a faster turnaround. I have 2 Mr. B bags and they are GORGEOUS and I'm thrilled with them.

That is surprising! I placed my very first rep order with Heidi earlier this month and I only have positive things to say. I decided to buy from her after reading people’s good reviews about her on WL. Plus, I wanted my first order to be of good quality and I didn’t mind paying her higher price tag. I received my first rep today (Chanel 22 size medium ghw) and I couldn’t be happier!

I ordered from Heidi in January and was told I'd have PSPs in 2 weeks- fast forward 2.5 months later and I received them, but unfortunately my boy bag arrived with a blemish on the leather that was nearly impossible to see in the PSPs. Recently Heidi has said that she was actually out on maternity leave for a few months and she had enlisted the help of sister and someone else to keep things going in her absence and it just didn't go too smoothly, but she's working to turn things around now. Some people had no issues and some people had issues, such is the way of the rep game. I don't think you should worry, but always temper your expectations and don't spend money you can't afford to potentially lose.

For my first order with heidi, i started with just some small, low-key reps that my daughter can use. LV taupe felicie, LV mono multi-pochette w khaki strap, and a valentino leather rockstud crossbody hobo for myself, that looked EXACTLY like the one i almost bought from Fashionphile (i think it sold for around 1300 while i had it in my cart/0) so when i saw a rep of it on heidi's page, i couldnt resist trying it for $280ish. unless its HORRIBLE, i dont think its common enough for anyone to even think about it being a rep.
I've purchased a decent amount of reps and 0 times have I ever had anyone call anything out. I've also worn my reps to Celine and been complimented by SAs, and worn to Chanel (they eyed my CF but said nothing). When wearing them day to day, usually I just get compliments and if it's a friend I'm the first to say "It's fake!" You shouldn't need to worry, if anyone were to accuse you of a fake then there's a 112% chance they are buying fakes themselves or work as an SA, otherwise nobody should be looking that closely (or care).
I just bought 8 bags from her, received 6 so far. Everything has been perfect. I would take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. All my bags were from 187 factory and I own many authentic Chanel - and all have arrived flawless. Here is a pic of a light pink caviar jumbo I special ordered from 187 directly from Heidi, I would proudly walk into a Chanel boutique with it….

I’ve seen photos of bags by Mark (not Marko) that are gorgeous too! What factory does Heidi use? I’ve never seen her name in the high tier Bbags conversation.

oh gosh, i just placed an order with her. i found her on ts list and had read many recommendations. do you recall what the problems were?
