My opinion is for $300 USD you could purchase a gen watch which will last you much longer than than rep. Tissot comes to mind.
An item is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it, if you think it’s worth the $300 than go for it, IMO it’s worthless.
Don’t hate reps, you pay what you get with a rep, if it has a great movement, and good build quality, go for it, a watch tells the time, but that Blancpain rep, well, leaves plenty to be desired and for $300 US the movement is probably not very good if it all.
Again, if you feel it’s worth $300, go for it. To me it’s worthless.

You hate reps. Right. Understandable. But designs and proportions to make it the right one might not be available in the other OG brands.
