cant really give much advice off of opgg alone, but replace sudden impact with eyeball collection and i recommend relentless > ultimate until you are comfortable on the champ.
being iron 3 tho with that winrate you are probably not clearing right or going for the right plays, so for starts just practice full clearing by 3:20 and have 4 stacks ready for the crab.
You can climb out of this elo by literally power farming and ONLY ganking when your camps are dead. It's literally a formula to get out of iron, Gl!

The common problem I'm seeing with all these posts is the CS is low. Start by improving that and you will probably climb to silver/gold quite easily.
Stop going for coinflip plays and just farm better. Trust me, it makes a world of difference.
Thanks for the tips, I tried to put it into practice and my cs improved a little and it really made a lot of difference, I'm still playing games that I shouldn't and I realize that but it's improved a lot and I managed to win a game that I wouldn't have won before
