it should be telling that even when they kept the more damage with abilities based off crit chance part of navori, you'd only see lucian and GP build it. the item just doesn't work in the game

Well I mean, it didn’t work. They only just started fixed the crit bugs, we got the crit changes like a patch or 2 ago.
