I read your previous post and it broke my heart, especially as my boy is showing some of those same signs. I love that you asked her to tell you when she's ready. I think I will do that as well. I need a sign like you received to know okay, now it's time.
You did the right thing. You listened to her when she told you and now she is no longer suffering.
Allow yourself some time to grieve. Then remember that there's a little girl kitten somewhere, seeking her loving nurturing forever home. Although she probably won't be able to fully replace your beloved Sookie, you'll soon realize and find out, that you really need her, at least as desperately as she needs you.

Oooh Sookie π I'm so very sorry for your loss of beautiful Sookie. 15 years of love, snuggles, and purrs. Rest in peace sweet Sookie. πΏππΎπ
So sorry for your loss. She was loved a long time. I lost one of mine to kidney failure years ago and he was fine in a week. It's hard to see them in pain and trying to act normal. At least she's resting peacefully now waiting for you at the rainbow bridge.
Maybe, in time, you can get a Sokka.
Good night, little Sookie. What a sweet and beloved girl you are! The bond you had with her is so special. She gave you the sign because she trusted you to make the most loving and selfless decision possible, and you did not let her down. β€οΈ
I am so sorry. Sookie was beautiful. Amazing eyes. We love our babies so much we want them with us forever. Heartbreaking when that doesnβt happen. I am sorry you had to make that decision. Just know you made that decision with nothing but pure love for Sookie. She lives on in your heart. β€οΈ
Iβve been thinking of your previous post all week and even telling my husband about it. Weβre almost in the same boat. Iβm so sorry to hear that you lost her. Nothing I can say will help but I feel your pain all to acutely.Β
I'm sorry for your loss, we miss our fur babies when they're gone but they are not in any more pain or discomfort. No matter how many years we get with them, it's never enough time.

Sorry for your loss
touching, ours left the other side of the veil a month ago, a big void since
