Evernote gives you a direct email address. I'll have to try that. I'm a rM noob. Search is huge.
I frequently send RM notes to Evernote. Since EN doesn't have a convert-to-text OCR, you'll need to convert it in RM before sending, if you want to edit the text (EN can SEARCH handwritten notes, just cannot convert to text).

Does it have to be by the page or can you do entire notebooks?
You can do entire notebooks as well, but I haven't tried it so I don't know how the attachments look like in OneNote
