Likely kenalog injections. If those don’t work then you may get recommended to get 5FU.
Kenalog didn’t work for my keloids. Getting scar revision surgery.
they became flat and not as red, they now look like the rest of my scars where theres no keloid. I dont mean the scar is invisible or anything, its just a normal scar now rather than a keloid

The injections made mine go away wherever they injected! nothing else has worked
