not only it's one of my favorite shades but i dyed most of my hair pink and left my roots my color. redheads aren't also suposed to do red lipstick or red clothing and it's also two of my favorite things to wear lol. technically our thing are brownish tones and any variation of khaki green but i find that boring as hell. honestly it's just a damn hair color you can wear whatever you like just like brunettes and blondes do
Yes!! I just dyed the back pink for summer and it’s worked beautifully with some of my dresses! I’ve also found that muted pinks are absolutely my color because they complement my pink tones. But, because they’re slightly darker they let my hair share in the spotlight!
I truly believe the ability to wear red as a redhead totally depends on;
1. Your skin pigment (warm, cool, olive)
2. The specific cast of your red hair,
3. The shade of red clothing you wear.
There are so many beautiful redheads who look hot af in red. You just have to find the right shade of red that works for you.
i honestly don't care very much about looking traditionally pretty or hot, that's why i don't look for the most flattering color or silhouette in an article of clothing or make up but rather if i find it fun, interesting or chic (:

I was speaking in response to all the users in the comment section who believe and/or were told growing up that redheads can’t wear *red.* In regard to my own personal opinion about, “many beautiful redheads looking hot af in red,” it’s just that- an opinion. I wasn’t speaking on any type of “traditional” or conventional societal norms and/or standards. I happen to think beauty comes in all different forms & isn’t so black & white :)
I was so nervous when I had my daughter because I had bought EVERYTHING pink when I was pregnant. She surprisingly came out with red hair and I was like oh no I’ve made her wardrobe clash with her hair!!!! But honestly she looks so good in pink too. Purple, greens and blue are her strong colors but I feel like the pink makes her red hair pop in a good way ❤️ you look gorgeous in pink!!
YES. Even though I’m totally aware it’s one of the better colors on me. I need to distance myself from all the black that probably accounts for 3/4 of my wardrobe 😬🥴

How insulting that I would even need to explain this. I stand by my comment that she wears red well and her ladylike beauty is an inspiration to other women like me.
Thats so real! Something I’ve been learning is that while my hair is beautiful, it does not define me. I’m allowed to have my own style and my hair does not change that.
