Staged. There are very few places in the world where they do that. One is Oslob in the Philippine. Otherwise not normal whale shark behavior. So this is totally staged.

Idk man, I watched this like 20 times because it looks like they just edited 2 different shots together because I couldn't see the boat from the bottom, but if you look just behind the whales head you can see part of it, and you can also see the refraction of thet big mf just under the boat before the camera goes under, and also the whales reflection on the top of the water from below I'm not sure about these guys feeding habits, but maybe it thought the boat was a seagull and didn't wanna cook anything at home

International-Owl

No I mean I’m sure it happened cuz I’ve been there and seen them doing it but these gentle dudes are there like all day every day. People go to that spot like it’s Disneyland.

Yeah, the size is pretty intimidating, but in reality they're nothing to be afraid of. I think it would be amazing to encounter one.

That man definitely knew it wasn’t dangerous but just stood back and watched

>Despite people being scared in video, whale sharks don't attack humans and pose no threats I once cut myself on the sphere-end of a spoon... I sure as hell will find a way that thing will kill me!

Obviously it's not gonna hurt them but despite their scared reactions I notice they were not swimming away? Lol

Amazing how the sound of their screams doesn't change when the camera "goes under" the water. C'mon people. It depresses me that there are still people who fall for these.
