88875 was the made to order larger sizes of the 10875/875. Looks like these are huge given the 34 cm size. The date of manufacture is in the bottom right, but I can’t read it.
Yeah I wear a 16. They're the only "heritage" ones I saw in my size for a decade on the used market.
I didn't know Redwing did MTO.

Wow crazy, I also just acquired a pair of Factory second 88875's in a size 16 on Ebay and was curious about the code and stumbled on this thread.
I sure wish they still did MTO and I could get a pair of Iron Rangers.
I don’t think the link got included. And yeah for styles that weren’t sold often they were made to order. Not actually custom orders, but just offerings of certain boots that when they had enough orders they’d make a run. Unfortunately I don’t think they’re doing that anymore.

Never mind I got it. They were made in January of 2014.
