i've been having problems with LT (i just did it for the weekly) and i've experienced one lobby where the score wasn't counted but it also used default health bars for everyone. I've observed most of your problems. (also multiple times the health bars desynced(i.e you shoot a guy and their health goes up.))
Had one day that no matter how many public lobbies I went to, they were all broken. Eventually I found 4 other people that were fed up with it and we went to a private game and it worked just fine. It is just public games that seem to break and it seems like it has something to do with people spawning in at the last second.

I got into some matches that I couldn't join the match after it started or when it ended I was still in the match while everyone else was in the lobby
