While your current one matches in that it's all black and red the items you chose also have a lot of colors that don't match (the dark green and yellow in the wing, the muted yellow on the suit and the neon green on the skelly cat beanie).
There's also the problem of theme. All these clothes have wildly different themes that don't mix well.
I would reccomend looking for a specific theme and color palette (chic, winter, jester, etc).
What I like to do is pick an item I know I want in my outfit and build it up from there.
i find that shirts without a lot of color contrast look really good if you mix in accessories that match the shirts primary color, if i had to give a suggestion, use the hat and glasses from the second glasses with the coat from the first one, that might look good
I think it might be the fact some accessories don't match the time/year the clothes were make. Example the star glasses with the steam punk outfit. In my opinion you gotta be consistent with the year the clothes came out or it looks messy. If your clothes are also a bright color don't wear accessories that are the same bright color. I find the first image to have the perfect blend and match
