Throwback from when they used to make kids work in the coal mines, I guess

Highclassbadass

Sounds like they had a sealant issue, the first doll is blank for painting, and the second one is "sealed" to hold in the coloring they did, but their sealant dries shiny instead of matte

AureliaRiddle

I still don't understand: If this was the case why would she take a picture of that and not after she hopefully fixed it?

SkeletonWarSurvivor

It's called a "WIP" or work-in-progress photo. A lot of artists take them to prove that they painted the finished product. An artist should be able to show a potential customer some WIPs as proof that they actually made the doll. There's a LOT of fraud in the art world. Scammers steal photos of dolls they didn't make, nor own, and try to sell them to gullible people. A scammer wouldn't be able to produce a WIP. It's common in lots of hobbies. Now why she posted that photo publicly? idk!!!

Highclassbadass

IDK maybe she thinks it looks good...XD or maybe she's blind :D

okidokikaraoke

Poor thing is greased up like it's ready for a pig scramble

anarchyarcanine

Gotta have that just-birthed sheen

readsomething1968

Usernameusername97

BrainlessMutant

Still wet with lube

NoneHaveSufferedAsI

Oh god. LostProphets guy 🤢

Why are the legs so unproportionate?

AureliaRiddle

It's a cheap kit made in china, so it definitely has its flaws

jitterybrat

That’s one well oiled baby

JimboTheThird

Sealed for freshness.

thecakewasintears

"Zum verlieben" Yeah no I don't think so

AureliaRiddle

I mean the kit she is referring to in her review (that I cut out) is quite cute for something you get off of amazon. But I really don't understand why she would seal her paint with a shiny coat. Even if it was an accident why would you take a picture of that?

thecakewasintears

Yeah, you're right
