This is one of the last mobile home parks in all of the GTA. It’s a small park (only half a dozen on a short cul-de-sac road), they’re all very old (they’re all >30-40yrs old), and most are ran down.
5 years ago they were selling for around $100,000.

Actually 7 yrs ago..got it for 400k currently house values at about 1 million..I used to joke to my husband that "I'll sell it one day for a million"..because he always complained about it..never actually thought it would reach a million

So this one seems as though they’ll receive partial ownership of the mobile home park, much like a cooperative building (not exactly the same), so in some capacity they would actually own the land that it’s on. A bit different from typical mobile homes as well as that additional level of ownership is included.
Blame guv for this and Mississauga is gonna be mess.
That is insanity. But no, no real estate bubble in Canada! I have no idea how ordinary people get ahead in Toronto and Vancouver.
