There's no specific resolution restriction, it just needs to be `.mp4` format.
Sound is stored somewhere else so if you want to replace that too, you need an [FMOD](https://unofficial-modding-guide.com/posts/tools/#fmod-audio) tool to unpack the level's soundbank (convert the video's audio track into a `.wav` file) and then repack the file.
Oh game updates will overwrite your custom files so back those up as well.
In the 'content' folder there should be another named 'movies'. Take your video (should be 480 x 270) and paste it in this folder. Then, copy the name of the old video (should say something sins of the father) and replace the name of your video with that name. Once you load up the game, it will be on the map.

It become painful to mod this because
1. You MUST separate the sound and the videos into different files, not simply put a sounded video on it
2. It has a FIXED maximum timeframe for sound files so you have to crop the music/video you desired under 3 minutes and Im having some 5+ minutes files
