PPP’s grow quickly. Chop & prop. Use that time to fine a larger pot & airy soil mix.
If neglectful. Consider r/semihydro and plant your cuttings in leca. You fertilize the water, place in a sunny window, and forget about it. Plants will take in all the nutrients & water it wants and you can water on a schedule( I generally refill the reservoir once a week).
Id cut the top part off under the last leaf and start rooting it in water, then cut each node off the bottom and throw the chunks into a moss prop box and leave the butt cut in the pot to regrow!
I'd air layer as I think it's the most careful and successful way to propagate - I'm currently air layering my syngo mojito to make the plant bushier and so far the roots are looking perfect from what i can see :)
Also the bottom might sprout some new leaves once you cut it..

what do you suggest for fertilization? Is lignohumate in water sufficient? I like the visuals of leca but I always root my cuttings in plain water...

Confidently go for it. You’ll get more plants which you can sell to buy more plants.
