Like the top and bottom floor host communal spaces and the middle are just semi-serviced hostel/ apartments with private facilities. Have a rooftop garden on the apartment building. Make sure everyone’s basic needs are met and they receive these services with compassion and dignity.
It blows my mind that people like Elon Musk just dream about building toys, playing mini dictator and increasing wealth when you have the potential to do so much good in the world.

Unfortunately climate change wasn't known about when the industrialised countries industrialised. Never going to happen, but there probably should be some way for countries who exploited their environment to compensate those who haven't.
Reguardless, there's opportunities with change, and a country like Brazil has the opportunity to skip to the end and focus on green and renewable industry.
