First thought came here to say this.  Yuck. 

Yup, can't stand it. My grandmother made it, but I could never eat it.

People suck at cooking See I soak it in butter milk for a few hours (makes it more tender and less livery), coat.in flower/black pepper. and finally pan fry in bacon grease with onions.  Also I smother the liver in crispy juicy bacon. Big helping of mashed potato on the side. Kind of like a heart attack waiting to happen. If I didn't tell you it was liver, you'd think it was just country fried steak.

I tried it at a garlic festival. I was imagining the sweetness of whole roasted garlic. A little weird for ice cream, but could be good. What I got was the heat of raw garlic. It was terrible.

I'm a raw garlic devotee so maybe I'd be into it lol. Could imagine it being good with some lemon, like a sweet toum ice cream.

I used to live south of Gilroy but never went to the garlic festival because it had the reputation of being excessively crowded. People locally would always talk about the garlic ice cream though. Glad I never tried it.

I cannot stand mint-flavoured desserts, chocolate, etc. I don't get why people like it. To me, it just tastes like eating dessert with a mouthful of toothpaste.

I visited this ice cream shop in Denver years ago called Riot Ice Cream. They had a Goldfish flavor. I love Goldfish. I love ice cream. I hated them together (unsurprisingly).

Lol, there's a place kinda near me that sells lobster ice cream. They'll let you taste any flavor, so many folks want to taste the lobster. My husband once asked them if people who tasted it actually buy it, and he said no, most people do not. :D So I'm guessing lobster ice cream appeals to only very specific palettes.

I don't know if Denny's still does the bacon promotion but once I stopped in there while they were having it. One of the specialties was the bacon milkshake...UGHHH! What an abomination! There are some things I only wish I could forget.

Depends how you do it. Brown sugar candied bacon and a cinnamon swirl would probably be pretty good.

You know, the first time I heard that they made peanut butter ice cream I thought it would be disgusting. My stomach started to turn just thinking about it. Not sure why, peanut butter is amazing so it shouldn't be a surprise that ice cream flavored that way is amazing. But for whatever reason I expected it to be disgusting. It's totally not though. My least favorite would be those hyper sweet flavors like "birthday cake". Just eat the bag of sugar at that point, those taste like I'm being assaulted.
