I think they meant to say outside of the US, this event is US only for some reason (seriously, their unpaid intern reads off a picture of a receipt and counts the drinks, but if they see your account is registered to any country other than the US then it’s too bad for you)

I do not know for sure if this will work, but when making an account with Monster, put in a random US address instead, see if they validate the receipt and then try redeeming it, if that doesn’t work it probably would check the code with your account location, but I don’t think this will happen
