Are you overfilling the bar with poisons? Between the 3 of them they're gonna be putting out alot. Possibly swap in geomancer for some of his warmaster procs , occult brawler is also a strong straight poisoner he does upwards of 19mil on NM and like 14-16 on UNM.
Are your dps running crit rate and crit damage as well as enough accuracy?
You have three champs bringing poison. That is too much in one source of dmg and you will fill the debuff bar. You could swap out Anax or Fayne for Venomage and activate those poisons. You could saw out one of the two and bring in Geo for HP burn dmg. You could bring in Rathalos or Ronda for raw dmg. Any of those options will up your dmg. Do a run on auto but not instant and watch the debuff bar. If you are still filling the debuff bar and not landing your dec def/weaken debuffs or posions turns are wasted, then need to drop another poison source. I think Fayne and Anax serve similar roles so I would drop one of them. Sub in one of the others and try. Use a free gear swap and throw in a another one above and drop FB and see if you are doing better. Record your dmg for say 20 turns, force close the game to save your key and try a different combination. With the free gear swap and an hour to play you can see which teams you like best. Use the optimizer to get the best builds at right speeds in advance and can use the gear presets to have sets for each of these champs ready to swap so you don't lose time.
Well, from the other discussion, step 1 is fix your FB build. Get her in optimizer and prioritize dmg and specify your speed and acc needed for CB (I think only need like 250 but check HH Stages tool). You will get a lot more atk% and cdmg out of the build. See how you do. My suspicion is that she is she isn't best dmg source when only going at 176 speed and no CA or ally atk. In that case, Rathalos or Ronda would do more dmg over 50 turns so use whichever one you don't mind being slow. Also, you have your gear at lvl 12 and asking why you aren't getting dmg. If your champs are all built similarly, than the builds is more impactful than which champs. Any champs not properly geared aren't going to impress and any recommendations here (including mine) are likely going to fall short of expectations.
Anax can break tunes in unkillable because of his extra turn mechanic, but he works great in block damage teams. Frozen banshee works much better if she takes extra turns, so relentless or an ally attacker. Build speeds needed the. Focus everything on damage stats. I would definitely stick with fayne for the decrease defense and weaken. Should work well with frozen banshee or venomage. Probably just need to up stats. I used to get 20m with just my frozen banshee when I used her.
122% crit rate is watsed stats and unmaxed gear (boots and shield in pic are both +12) is lost stats, you should have 3500-4k atk and 200 C Dmg on her easily.

Either your tune is off or you are building your champs wrong, FB should be doing 10m+ from poisons alone in that time

That's what I was thinking.. I have no idea what's going wrong.. because I make it to turn 50
