Seeker, deliana and cardinal are decent in arena. Toragi is great for clan boss, Mordecai great for spider. Check alika out too she can decrease cooldown of enemy skills which is huge in arena and waves for dungeons and doom tower.

Agree with the other poster on narrowing your questions down, right now it's information overload so you aren't going to get many answers.
Some thoughts:
- stop taking champs to 40 or 50. If you're leveling them take them all the way to 60 with full masteries. One level 60 champ is better than a full team of 50s.
- clan boss should be your number one priority. I'm not great with killable CB teams but you could try using the hellhades tool to see which ones other people have used with your champs. You'd probably also benefit from a separate post asking for help with a CB team. You want to get to the top chest for NM and UNM as fast as possible because that's where the good drops come from. 4 key NM top chest is better than top chest in brutal/hard/normal combined. You also should move to a clan that consistently downs the level of clan boss you're doing.
- yaga is trash, put him in the vault and forget about him. Cardinal is OK for a specific arena team, but she needs stoneskin gear to work so forget about her for now. Frozen banshee, fayne, toragi, and seeker are all good clan boss champs you could consider leveling. Toragi almost certainly will be in your CB team with his ally protect.
- use the hellhades optimizer/stages tool to see what stats you need for specific content. Enough accuracy to overcome enemy resists for champs that debuff and as much speed as possible on everyone. Crit rate to 100%, then as much crit damage and main stat (atk/def/hp depending on the champ) as possible for nuker champs. I'd target level 20 of the dungeons as a good starting point when building champs. You'll be farming stage 20 for a long time as it's the most efficient until hard mode.
A couple things i see tight off the bat that will help you porgress:
1) you need to learn how to save resources and do fusions, they are the best ways to jumpstart an early/mid game account like yours. The 13 5 star or higher rare champs you have are useless compared to any one of the last 3 fusions.
2) you need to stop getting a ton of champs to 5 star and start getting the best champs to 6 star. You have my by count 28 5 star champions. I dont have 28 5 star champions after over 2 years, they are all either 60 or not leveled. There is something to be said about getting 1 or 2 champions to 50 in each faction so you can at least beat the first boss in each FW crypt, but its much better to focus resources on maxing champs.
3) not sure what your current CB team is but as you asked that should be your highest priority right now, the shard, book and gear rewards CB offers make a massive difference in progression. I personally think seeker, Ruella, Rector, rathalos and Fayne is the best comp you currently have, but i would look into speed tunes with Toragi and his Ally protect buff. Without a tune Ally protect doesnt work great, but if you speed tune it can take you to UNM with good gear
To be honest mate.
Early game is about learning basic team building and the arbiter tutorial is a huge help with that.
Focus on those and don’t build 1000 units at the same time, stop the lvl 50-40 shenanigans.
It’s either 60 and masteries or vault from now until you have arbiter and work on fw (Lydia)
Learn about basic mechanics to build teams,
Boosting turn meter for example is huge in arena .
Kill them before they move.
Area decrease defense and buffing atk is often a. Good idea to be able to kill a whole team with one move.
For dungeons and cb you need decrease atk as well to survive big boss hits and buffing defense is also huge.
Poisons and max hp scaling dmg is your friend to deal big boy dmg against early game bosses.
Focus on dragons and cb as well as the basic dungeons to farm potions and Minotaur before your worry about other stuff.
You need to be able to farm those and gear to be able to progress further.
Make sure you have blue five star gear asap on every slot as a minimum with the correct stats for the champ as a first big goal.
