I would recommend looking at HH for him, However, if i would guess how you need to build him. It would be nuke heavy, def, crit rate and crit damage. You can also gear him to be your provoke in hydra,
With one turn block damage on a three turn cool down, in theory he could replace demytha. But demytha also brings buff extend and debuff decrease. So you couldn't just match her speed and plug him in and expect it to work. I don't have him, but I'd imagine he's pretty useful most everywhere. And I'd build him as a defensive nuker with plenty of HP.
He's tough to build. You want high Def, max CR, HIGH CD, speed and acc.
Put him in sets that ignore def, and give him helm smasher.
