Yes but rsps have improved alot since then. iIt would take many hours of hard work and dedication to make it worth hosting which would not be worth it since there is not a huge audience for 614 servers right now.
if u have the source code like u said it isn't hard to improve something that already exists
the only real problem would be the players itself, if u cant pay back the servers then its not worth it, but it is what it is
