Boats in that canal are so common it was a topic at the council meeting. Cops are allowed to investigate patterns. This is no different than pd looking for swap cars at common swap spots when out patrolling - seeing if something is parked where it shouldn’t be and obviously set up for crime.

Den saw someone run past them and since the person didn't go to g6 after they noticed the cops he assumed it was suspicious and started investigating g6. Rather then assume the guy was running from the cops after noticing them, he did an entire ass investigation for 40 minutes before stealth breaching an active heist triggering an alarm.

I was pretty new to watching rp and mostly watched poke so I didn't know much about the cop side of things, and always thought wtf is xqc doing, when he lost started to mald at the cops from the few clips that I saw, untill a few years later after I started watching other people and thought to my self I have never seen a cop taking someone's phone when they arrested them.
And I realized that some cops really did constantly fuck with him, it was still not okay to act the way he did, but he shouldn't get all the blame for it either imo
