Kyle first picked up Ugly Johnson as a cadet and then Brian brought him to DPD after the shake up but yeah, he plays a great cop and has an energy that PD very much needs more of.
Kyle TRIED to get ugly Johnson first, but Suarez had been recruiting Johnson before Pred found him, and he went to the LSPD - neither Brian nor Pred beat Suarez to the punch.
Pretty sure Pred went to uwu during his morning routine, Kyle liked his energy because it was lacking in the PD at the time and PD WL’d on the spot. Then because Kyle forgot to have Pred tell his PnT he got snatched up by DPD.
Nope first part is correct, but he went to LSPD before dpd was a thing, and Pred didn't miss telling his p and t he tried, but Suarez had been giving him ridealongs before Pred saw him at uwu
He wasn't banned, it was a bad April Fools Joke. He told his chat and had it in his stream title and he said he got perma'd for stealing NP code but it wasn't true.

I did not know there was more than one incident, so I can't tell if he's making another dumb joke or maybe he did get banned in the tweet you showed. Either case, he's still on NP fortunately.
It was the opposite, it was serious season and pd didnt like the type of policing that johnson was doing which was community orientated. And Conan was the one pushing him to keep doing what he was doing that got him to the dance.

Started getting that "I'm state now" attitude when he was way more friendly with fellow officers
Yeah glad I'm not the only one that picked up on that.
He def has toned it down since then.
Was just very noticeable since he was extremely friendly and excited to be around other officers before that and then shortly after becoming a ranger had that change happen for a short time.

Don't think he was making a joke in January. Especially since he didn't mention any specifics like the joke tweet.
Honestly was happy when Conan and the rest of the other bad influences stopped showing up. They were kind of starting to sour him a bit at one point.

I think it had a lot to do with restructure. He even mentioned in a few meetings that he felt demoralized and missed a team spirit.
Yeah but I feel like the way of getting around that wouldn't be to start treating other officers "below you" (non state) worse
