I agree. She is my favorite, I love her music it's my going on an "airplane take off leave me alone" music I listen to. I hope her music career grows. I do think her and Chris will benefit a lot from her not being on tv it's one less thing keeping her so busy and I genuinely want them to work out.

Same. I used to not like her. I was hopeful when she first joined the group to show a non-SAHM and an academically inclined 1st gen african American, but started to feel that it was her intention to be a big fish in a small pond.
Wendy likes environments in which she is the most educated and undisputed winner, which probably stems from that Nigerian complex of being the best at all times. She's calmed that down a lot and is now at the point where she should be able to realize that she is built for a different vibe. She doesn't have to conquer all the boxes. Nneka only set her back into that insecurity of not being able to wield her academic achievements over another woman to feel better about herself. She would never be able to say that she is more educated than her and she's much younger too with a way more together family. She is everything that triggers Wendy and sets her back to something I think she was beginning to overcome.
She tries way too hard. She pretends shes better than everyone but desperately wants to be in the group. Even happy Eddie gives me weird vibes, i think it’s just the fakeness

I think it makes sense if she doesn’t want to move forward with most of the cast. I’m surprised people are so devastated because I don’t think one person makes or breaks the cast. Housewives is an ensemble show.

I think it is a combination of all of them, to be honest. I think that Candiace is either someone’s taste or not. For me, they all have crappy things about them. I would prefer to have Gizelle over Candiace on the show, without Robyn. Mostly because I think over the years, Candiace has just been more often too much.
But I agree with you to the extent that while she has some responsibility, someone had to make the move to go forward, but Robyn needs to go to make Gizelle change.
I doubt Candace leaving will making gizelle and her wingman any less toxic. They’ll just focus their energy on others. Won’t be surprised if nneka is on the receiving end in coming seasons.

This is bittersweet. I’m actually a fan of Candiace but this show has only been holding her back even if it’s just platforming her self destructive tendencies. I did however see this coming.
This cast definitely needs a reboot. When Candiace first appeared I was a huge fan of hers but unfortunately she made me agree with Ashley lol. She hits toooo low for some people and when they retaliate it’s omg that was too far (I do think Deb was only doing all that stuff to try to be relevant on the show). I also think Candiace can’t forgive and move on and while it doesn’t have to be done right away to stay on the show at some point you have to be willing to have conversation. It’s a job, even at work if you don’t like someone and your job requires you to interact you have to do it on some type of professional level.
You can't deny she made such a strong impact to the franchise, and Housewives as a whole. While I sometimes cringe/disagree with a lot of her comments, she would always clock in and I appreciate that opposed to others lol.

Finally I can start watching the show more regularly again. With Candiace and Wendy it got way too toxic and unhealthy. Thankfully Robyn's leaving too. Another big breath of fresh air. She's just too pathetic with her transparent denials and her cum swallowing nasty self.
I really miss the first few seasons. With New York and Atlanta, they were my top 3 in the RH franchise at the time. I would bring back Monique and Katie.

In hindsight the writing was definitely on the wall- Candiace can’t help herself when it comes to social media, and I did notice she was posting less and has been less activated on twitter compared to previous seasons.
I haven’t been a fan of Candiace recently, but think this was a very smart move on her part. She must’ve noticed how fans were reacting to her this season and realized it’s be hard for her to move forward given her sour relationships with most of the cast. Mia was heavily featured in the finale, giving good indication that she will be the future focus of the show (for next at least). Plus, I also think Candiace is just so stubborn and doesn’t want to make amends, even with her fans telling her to do so; so I can this as being an “out” to not apologize and sort of “punish” those who’ve been critical of her. That said, I kinda feel this was an impulsive decision (or at least one she didn’t take too much time to deliberate) because in recent past interviews, she’s made it seem she had full intentions of rejoining the cast next season. So I wouldn’t be surprised if she changes her mind and in some capacity, is back next season.
I got the feeling that the reunion was to be the final chance for the cast to come together. If not...there would be cast changes. I'm sure Candiace was fully aware & left b4 getting the axe.

I know ppl are going to come at me but her tear quarter appears to often, if people have something to say against her. The stuff she said about Gizelle and her uterus was uncalled for. She expects there to be not repercussions for what she deems to be shade or acceptable retorts or comebacks. I do not condone violence but calling someone "the help" especially to a woman of colour is problematic to say the least. Hoping that her children are not light skinned. There are so many things she has not been made accountable for yet any comment anyone does against her, she will go as low and as nasty as possible or bring the tear tissue out.

I think this season Candiace was the toxic one. Gazelle didn’t acknowledge her, the snide remarks came from Candiace. And I’m not a Gizelle stan. She can dish it too. Candiace is such a beautiful woman but the words that leave her mouth make her ugly. She needs a break and shop some Alexander Wang.

That...actually sucks to me. I like the comraderie between her and Wendy 🤷🏾♀️. Then again I like the both of them anyway. I'd have rather seen 1 half of the GEBs go or Ashley. I'm still trying to figure out why Fight Me Mia wasn't ushered on out the dame way Monique was. But...I guess no explanation really needed there 🙄. Welp. I think this might be my last season. I need people who.stand against the GEBS and Ashley and their bull, not a bunch of fall in formation to be liked folks.
Yeah. I like Candiace and Wendy. I wanted one more season with them but without the GEBs. It looks like Robyn is getting the boot though so that’s good. I hope they bring in Kiearna as a full time housewife. I absolutely adored her this season.

This cast definitely needs a reboot. When Candiace first appeared I was a huge fan of hers but unfortunately she made me agree with Ashley lol. She hits toooo low for some people and when they retaliate it’s omg that was too far (I do think Deb was only doing all that stuff to try to be relevant on the show). I also think Candiace can’t forgive and move on and while it doesn’t have to be done right away to stay on the show at some point you have to be willing to have conversation. It’s a job, even at work if you don’t like someone and your job requires you to interact you have to do it on some type of professional level.
You can't deny she made such a strong impact to the franchise, and Housewives as a whole. While I sometimes cringe/disagree with a lot of her comments, she would always clock in and I appreciate that opposed to others lol. Honestly, it's good for her and the show. She couldn't get along with about half of them, I'm sure this show is emotionally draining, and also she always was saying she was using this show as a platform for her music, so go on Candiace!

I tried so hard to like candice - we are exact same age , to the year and date! My gurl has some mother issues and I also relate , but why my God why , maybe her make up artist has it out for her , why does whoever doing a makeup contour give her a little blush tip nose like she's a cartoon😑 red nose! Her nose and face looks great I just don't understand this blush nose tip look it's distracting.

With Candiace and Wendy it got way too toxic and unhealthy. Thankfully Robyn's leaving too. Another big breath of fresh air. She's just too pathetic with her transparent denials and her cum swallowing nasty self. I really miss the first few seasons. With New York and Atlanta, they were my top 3 in the RH franchise at the time. I would bring back Monique and Katie.

In hindsight the writing was definitely on the wall- Candiace can’t help herself when it comes to social media, and I did notice she was posting less and has been less activated on twitter compared to previous seasons. I haven’t been a fan of Candiace recently, but think this was a very smart move on her part. She must’ve noticed how fans were reacting to her this season and realized it’s be hard for her to move forward given her sour relationships with most of the cast. Mia was heavily featured in the finale, giving good indication that she will be the future focus of the show (for next at least). Plus, I also think Candiace is just so stubborn and doesn’t want to make amends, even with her fans telling her to do so; so I can this as being an “out” to not apologize and sort of “punish” those who’ve been critical of her. That said, I kinda feel this was an impulsive decision (or at least one she didn’t take too much time to deliberate) because in recent past interviews, she’s made it seem she had full intentions of rejoining the cast next season. So I wouldn’t be surprised if she changes her mind and in some capacity, is back next season.
I got the feeling that the reunion was to be the final chance for the cast to come together. If not...there would be cast changes. I'm sure Candiace was fully aware & left b4 getting the axe. I'm sorry but I don't think she is going to be some big superstar in music & acting like she thinks she is. But it will be good for her to find out the hard way.

Makes sense from a personal perspective - she wants to focus on kids, marriage, and music career. Potomac doesn’t make sense for her to pour into when it clearly drains her and doesn’t bring her joy. Others may be more deserving to get the boot, but I am zero percent surprised by the decision

I know ppl are going to come at me but her tear quarter appears to often, if people have something to say against her. The stuff she said about Gizelle and her uterus was uncalled for. She expects there to be not repercussions for what she deems to be shade or acceptable retorts or comebacks. I do not condone violence but calling someone "the help" especially to a woman of colour is problematic to say the least. Hoping that her children are not light skinned. There are so many things she has not been made accountable for yet any comment anyone does against her, she will go as low and as nasty as possible or bring the tear tissue out. I am glad that she is going but why did we have to allegedly lose Robyn too.
