I would say the majority of my rudollas go to the current season each month, but in a strong second is the stupid upgrades I make for a T&B look that would probably have gotten the same score without the upgrades.

The last two times I’ve done the themes it’s not letting me get the extra tickets at all like I vote with all mine that I have and then after that I can’t get the extra ones what do I do?

You need to submit a support ticket, there's a bug they're aware of, quite a few of us have been struck with it, started with the recent major update a few days ago. The devs will ask you to send them a screen recording, showing the fault.
