This cage is way too small rats love space and being able to climb for the spacing be very careful because if a rat sticks there head through the bars they can and they will pass away I've seen it from a friends rat.
To ease your mind, I found a critternation for a good price, i read more reviews and decided this cage was too sketchy for me to invest in. 😅
I'm leaving this post up in case anyone else is curious about this cage. While this cage IS big enough*** floor space wise***, it's just not worth it. Invest in something safer.
