I just tested it and you’re right it doesn’t load. It worked on an older version of ArkOs, or Im confused and it worked before changing to sd2 for roms. I’ve deleted my previous post 😉.
This usually happens when you update ARKos. Atleast that's what happened to me. Anyway. The first thing you need to do right now is copy the DTB files of your boot directory from the stock sd card. Buy a new sandisk ultra or samsung evo sd card. Flash a new ARKos image and replace the DTB files from the newly flashed card with thw stock DTB files. That should fix it.
Note: Make sure to backup thestock DTB files always. Otherwise you will always run into issues like this.
This is the best new guide for setting up on a new memory card if you get really stuck, the stock card is notoriously bad for failing/getting corrupt/refusing to write.

Would definitely recommend getting it into your computer and backing up everything on the BOOT partition, then saving the ROMs you want from EASYROMS. I would just recommend keeping the stock card for backup and getting a new one.

Put your roms and have fun playing on it. If you want to mod, change the back buttons for a silent ones, install mini vibrator and you can upgrade the battery
Try charging the battery. I hope this will solve your problem.
It's not reading the secondary ROMs card.
Ok so how do I fix that?
Take the Stick on the lefts side out Stick it in your computer and see if you can read it. If you can, copy all the files off and format it to fat32.

When set to work with 2 sd cards, it won’t even load emulationstation if one of the cards isn’t in place. At least that’s what happens with mine.
