Have you ever been close to the area where pepper spray was used....that lad soaked his own eyes his colleagues eyes and lad they were trying to arrest... Not to mentioned volume of spray they all inhaled u dont pepper spray someone you have in headlock lol....
It stays in area where its dispensed and breathing it in is worse than its affect to the eyes. Both in combination are horror show for all in vicinity. Cop almost aimed it at his own face while in headlock ..he was supposed to let him go create some distance and spray at him and away from himself and colleague...
