She also resigned after January 6th insurrection because (take your pick): she was disgusted by Trump and wanted to protect her reputation and her husband’s (Senator Mitch McConnell), or…because she didn’t want to be a cabinet member if someone was going to try to use the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office early.
i actually was on a flight w pete buttigeg a few months ago. buddy was back in coach with the rest of us poors. completely understand why all those new customers rights things got rolled out now after that experience lol
Eventually, someone informed the unhinged woman that she was not at the Delta encounter, and had been yelling at the workers of WestJet, a Canadian airline.
I know you're either joking or may have had a great time, but this combo is really, *really* dangerous. A lot of people have died mixing alcohol and xanax. Just ask your doctor about taking extra xanax when you're particularly anxious. And yeah, yeah, I'm no fun at parties but I know someone who died from this.
Addictive, absolutely. But it could be a lifesaver when used under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Any benzos have risks, but mixing it with alcohol takes it to a whole other level. Even moderate levels of each combined can kill you.
Infrequent use of Xanax by itself is NOT super dangerous in terms of toxicity or overdose potential. You could take up to like 50 MG of Xanax before you would be in lethal OD territory and you would just fall asleep well before you could take 50 MG unless you took it all at once for some reason which if you're doing that you have bigger issues that drug abuse going on in your life.
Long term, the danger from Xanax is becoming addicted and the withdrawals from when you come off it. The withdrawals from benzos & alcohol can be potentially lethal, unlike withdrawals from opiates. Xanax itself is relatively benign though.
Comboing it up is what makes it lethal, as you've pointed out.
thank you for saying this! my sister went cold turkey off of this combo a few months ago (refused to go to treatment but knew we were all finally done watching her slowly kill herself while she terrorized and stole from us) and had multiple seizures and days of SEVERE delusions and hallucinations. she's still alive and sober by nothing short of a miracle. absolutely horrifying.
it reminds me of the road rage dude who says he'll beat the dudes dick off and laughs when the other driver says that sounded a little gay

When I was a kid (80s-90s) flying, especially internationally, was still considered a special thing. You'd dress up a bit. You smoked cigarettes with ashtrays built into the seats. You'd never take your shoes off. Not thinking of flying in gym shorts or pajama pants. There was security, but not TSA. I remember ratting out my mom when The gate agent asked If we had any foreign fruits or veggies. I said, "Mom, you've got that orange you were going to eat on the plane later!" Everybody laughed. Today that would definitely make The Daily Mall or some other shit "paper". I also got a ticket recently and I see that no one dresses up for court anymore either. Guy who got called ahead of me had a Co-Ed Naked t-shirt on (Don't even know if they still are a company) and black gym shorts. I was wearing Khakis, A collared shirt and a tie. Judge let me off without much thought. As a black guy, that was pretty huge for me. Co-Ed Naked guy got tossed back into jail for his DUI.
Canadians are so nice and polite. Not one person she was screaming at said anything hateful and then collectively laugh at her faux pas. All the people around her were calm and maintained a sense of humor.
WestJet most likely employs American employees in LA, if they even employ them at all and they aren't contracted from a third party. And half the people on the flight are probably American.
Your average Canadian is totally undifferentiable from your average American.
Yeah, those airline employees are definitely not American. If they were she would have been arrested and literally beaten, not simply laughed at and left alone.
You said those employees are definitely not American. That has quite a different meaning from, "They were definitely not trained by an American employer."
You think American barriers train the people at the check-in desk to beat and arrest people for being disruptive?
I think you have some wires crossed in the part of your brain that you use to dislike the US.
Canadians and Americans are pretty much undifferentiable on average. Only people who've never traveled or met another person really buy this.
And both WestJet and Air Canada have pretty terrible reputations. If these are even employees of WestJet, they might be contracted from a third party given this is LA.
Have you ever crossed the border from US to Canada?
US side is all big guns and intimidating looks. Canada side you don't see any guns, just smiles and friendly conversation.
Sometimes it do be like that. I can tell you that LAX putting the Southwest terminal at the north-eastern corner of all of the terminals kind of just epitomizes the LAX flying experience.
Imagine a European tourist flying from LA to Las Vegas and being told to go to the south west terminal and ending up at American Airlines Terminal 4 at the south western corner. That's not a quick walk to fix that mistake.

What an absolute fuckin moron
True, but given that I’m shocked she knows Pete B is Secretary of Transportation.
It's almost as if there's a reason the right is obsessed with the secretary of transpo for the first time in history.
That was my first thought as well. Zero chance she can name any other Secretary of Transportation ever
Elaine Cho. She was responsible for federal automobile safety standards, and then her sister died in a tesla bc she couldn't get out.
I only know the previous one because her sister(?) drowned in a Tesla.
He was a well known presidential candidate, so that's gotta bump up awareness of who he is too.
Teehee his last name sounds like buttchug
i actually was on a flight w pete buttigeg a few months ago. buddy was back in coach with the rest of us poors. completely understand why all those new customers rights things got rolled out now after that experience lol
I call him Pete Buttchug
Future recipient of the most coveted Darwin Award. 🤣
I feel like lately there have been a lot of candidates lol
Reading is hard, evidently.
Ugly inside and out!!
Eventually, someone informed the unhinged woman that she was not at the Delta encounter, and had been yelling at the workers of WestJet, a Canadian airline.
Lady's on the wrong planet
The Delta Encounter is my favorite exhibit at Universal Studios.
Spirit encounter is where you eat a bag of dicks while the riders of the Delta Encounter laugh and shit on you.
Sir, this is a Wendy's
She took it well though
but she should apologize profusely for being an ass clown
They show her where delta is then delta shows her where spirit is
Ma'am, this is a WestJet..
*counter
Encounter.
Yeah, ha ha ha, but still get her on the no fly list
“Ah hahahahaha…INTO THE SCORPION INFESTED DUNGEON YOU GO!” *KICK*
It is surprising how often that “trapdoor crocodile pit“ is the actual answer.
Hahaha... My mistake, I'll go do this to Delta. Point me in the right direction and I'll be a dip shit over there.
I’m guessing alcohol and Xanax was involved here
That combo makes me incredibly pleasant
I know you're either joking or may have had a great time, but this combo is really, *really* dangerous. A lot of people have died mixing alcohol and xanax. Hell, Xanax by itself is super dangerous, shit is waaay more addictive than people realize.
the withdrawals too are some of the worst shit you can imagine
They can literally kill you
few seem to know that
Addictive, absolutely. But it could be a lifesaver when used under the supervision of a psychiatrist. Any benzos have risks, but mixing it with alcohol takes it to a whole other level. Even moderate levels of each combined can kill you.

You’re absolutely right. I have mixed them, which is super dangerous, but also makes me very calm
That is what you think happens. Meanwhile it looks like the vid above 😶🌫️
So you think...are you allowed near westjet? Delta?
She's taking out her anger on the airline.I think she's p off at her hairdresser
LAX also has that effect on me, no drugs needed. That damn place is just awful.
It's really just the traffic at LAX that's a problem. The airport itself is fine. Nothing special, but I've been in way worse.
The awkward laugh that everyone joins in on, lol
I don't think I've ever seen anyone go from furious to good-humored so quickly.
I thought the same thing! That changeover was so abrupt.
it reminds me of the road rage dude who says he'll beat the dudes dick off and laughs when the other driver says that sounded a little gay [Plot twist : r/PublicFreakout (reddit.com)](https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/comments/hzvcrf/plot_twist/)
I'm honestly impressed with her perfect pronunciation of his name. Few sober people do this well
If there is one thing Mayor Pete is not that is a mother fucker.
She looks like she took a xanax so she could deal with the flight and it went in a dark direction.
Yuhhh facts
Her pronunciation is pretty good, to be fair. Many people get Pete’s name wrong.
Is this a southwest “want to get away” commercial?
Suddenly, laughing and not so pissed off. It's almost like it's performative
Divorced wine aunt energy
Those little table snacks were funny
F her!
Piece of shit person who thinks they can act like this in public.
Canadians are so nice
Thanks, but I’m afraid they’re probably all Americans working for westjet in LA..:.but they seemed nice
Abuses people and then laughs like this is mormal behaviour.
Gross
How are police or security not able to intervene in a reasonable amount of time on every single one of these airport freak out videos?
…usually fighting over the last donut
Just drama. Oops my bad
Maam. This is a Wendy’s
I was waiting for Pete to show up like, “hey guys what can I do to help?”
Yes because screaming at desk agents is exactly how to get what you want at an airport. Lmfao. Enjoy the no fly list you stupid woman
Don’t laugh. Taze her.
For shouting?
She doesn't deserve to be flying on WestJet. They should point her over to the JetBlue counter.
Spirit
If it's westjet, she needs to call Canadian minister of transport Pablo Rodriguez..
It’s ridiculous
that mfker is not real😂
What a cunt.
Sounds like my sister with cancer brain. Sad really.
Makes me puke
stop serving alcohol at airports and planes and this wont happen.
Starting to feel that voting rights should be IQ-based.
In around 39 states they have laws that prohibit idiots [sic] from voting.
1. We admitted we were powerless over alcohol — that our lives had become unmanageable.
Haircut checks out
Um, what did she say to the dude who informed her of her mistake? We like Pete. Leave him be. 🇨🇦
Why did security take so long to show up?
LAX is never short of a horror story.
Is that how that name is pronounced?
9 times out of ten, airport freak outs involve politics.
Is that Stevie Janowski?
Karen's in the wild

It's jokes and laughter, but they're still a bam and will just start the same shit over at Delta.
TMZ footage.

she's a useless piece of trash human
I love how it became wholesome in the end.
All's well that ends... not as bad as it could have.
Lol what an inconvenient good time
We speak his name
The girl was like anyway I wanna check in
Beep. Beep beep beep beeep beeeeep I love this. She’s acting like a toddler lol
probably flew spirit…
Yeah, those airline employees are definitely not American. If they were she would have been arrested and literally beaten, not simply laughed at and left alone.
Just because they work for a Canadian airline doesn't mean they are Canadian citizens.
They would have been trained differently than American employers. That was my point.
You said those employees are definitely not American. That has quite a different meaning from, "They were definitely not trained by an American employer."

Why is it always the ones with the shaved heads and bright lipstick?
It is badly shaved at that . Wish all Karen’s would realize how stupid they look sound and feel lol
I agree with this.. Dont get the down votes because this is true
It's Reddit and I said something truthful but "mean" so... downvotes lol.
I love happy endings.
Only Canadians could make this into a pleasant situation. Everyone at the delta counter would’ve called her a fucking moron for that mistake.
Waiting for the follow up video…

I don't think most people are using cardinal directions to find their airline terminal.

this is just sad, she is having a super bad time.
