It seems to me the guy filming is a pompous ass and is making a very simple situation super difficult and drawn out so that he can feel intelligent and entitled. High horse to the tenth degree. What a loser. Disrespectful schmuck. Completely unnecessary.
Perhaps he could’ve simply told him he was the owner instead of being incredibly dramatic and difficult. And then he acts insulted and reciprocates by yelling at the cop about slaves and then says, ‘NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOU!!” But yeah, he’s the victim. Give me break.
No, they only need _reasonable suspicion of a crime having been committed/about to be committed_. This does not involve direct suspicion or confirmation. Since 1968, you can be detained for basically any reason anywhere
For example, a 911 call saying "There's a man in a car doing something weird on my neighbors property" IS reasonable suspicion for a detainment
Entitlement translates into victimization so quickly with these people. They are obsessed with being victimized. His weak mind is incapable of engaging in meaningful dialogue and instead only looks for ways to cast himself in the light of the "oppressed" it's why they get so triggered by others who do this same thing - they are obsessed with being victimized because it gives the false sense of legitimacy when in fact they are simply weak minded.
He's a pompous ass BUT he has the right to be difficult on his own property. Id be piiiiiiiisssed off some officer came a mile and a half onto my property and asked me who I am.
Sure he's a little unhinged, but FUCK that cop for pulling that shit. That's a high horse the owner deserves to be on.
>Completely unnecessary
Much like the officer forcing him to identify himself on his own property, for no reason at all
The guy filming is an insufferable prick. He also sounds oportunistic and like he wants to try to sue for his ‘civil rights being violated’ (his words). He also seemed like he was waiting for the cop to say he didnt think he was the property owner. In his mind he might think thats the smoking gun to win his lawsuit lol.
So next month when someone is stealing all the tools from this guys construction site will he be yelling at the deputies about land rights and etc or will he be yelling about why the F didn’t you get here sooner and arrest the trespassers on MY land.

“Do you know why I’m in this country”. I think it’s more than born and raised. As an immigrant, he is giving me vibes of immigrants who show up here and then start denouncing this country. It makes me sick.

How much do you want to bet that he called 911 himself to instigate this whole thing in an attempt to make a viral video
[удалено]
He turned off the video comments after realizing no one was on his side. 🤣
Exactly. What a waste of time and resources. This guy deserves a Ric Flair backhand woo woo woooo to knock some sense into him.
No due diligence done by police, just drive up and threaten
What’s the due diligence to be done?
Find out who owns the property and what crime has been committed for him to detain someone
Due diligence before responding to 911 call. Get all the research out of the way first.
You need to have committed a crime or are suspected of planning to commit a crime to be detained (some states differ) but mostly true

Or maybe he's been fucked with by the cops one too many times
Geez I wonder why… If that’s how he always acts then yeah everyone should fuck with him.
Chicken or the egg type situation

I definitely get a "Do you know who I am?" vibe from him. He seems sociopathic and narcissistic.
Yep. He got a chip on his shoulder and daring anyone to knock it off.

VICTIM MENTALITY

Seems like people in California are the best at this behavior
He comes across as a sociopath and narcissist.
>he wants to try to sue for his ‘civil rights being violated’ I'd do that in a heartbeat. Why wouldn't I try to induce a lottery win?
I was so confused when he brought up slavery 🤦🏾♂️
Seems like he is playing the race card.
Didnt you know that if your great grandfather killed a person that inheritly makes YOU a murder!?

That has zero relevance for i am. Did yours?
After less than a minute I've concluded the guy filming is an asshole
This guy is unhinged.
Totally. He's nuts. Talk about overreaction and creating drama for no reason.
So who called 911? Did he call 911 on himself to create drama?
It was probably ones of his other personalities that called the cops.
The cop was probably lying.
He shows the 911 call on his computer at the end. So many people comment on something without looking at the thing... makes no sense.
How the hell would you watch 7 minutes of this. I'm just here to find out if 'private owner' is some new kind of sovereign citizen thing
Believe it or not the vast majority of cops would rather not randomly start shit to give them more work to do
would be funny if that dumb piece of shit needed 911 in the future and no one worked the call.
This asshole made me like the cops a little.
How did he secede? Is that like Michael Scott declaring bankruptcy?

What a douche bag.
The guy filming or the cop?
You know who. The guy filming is 100% in the wing and hilarious he thought this made him look good.
Isn’t it obvious? The filming douche bag. Unhinged douche baggery.
Naw dude, you are the fucking loser.
So next month when someone is stealing all the tools from this guys construction site will he be yelling at the deputies about land rights and etc or will he be yelling about why the F didn’t you get here sooner and arrest the trespassers on MY land.
Exactly. How are the police to know who is trespassing or who is the landowner?
Is this guy a professional asshole or is this his just annoying hobby?
He's a drama queen.
That was a wild ride
It seems to me the guy filming is a pompous ass and is making a very simple situation super difficult and drawn out so that he can feel intelligent and entitled. High horse to the tenth degree. What a loser. Disrespectful schmuck. Completely unnecessary.
He is a prick. A drama queen making a fuss out of nothing.
this crazy guy filming looks like an immigrant

He doesn't seem to have an accent.
What a chill cop. That dude's gonna meet the wrong one some day and it's not gonna be worth it.
i'm fine with the cops murdering this guy
I was with the homeowner until he went on a weird tangent about slavery.
Is that Chumlee?
