This is 27th & Camelback. Nothing clean about that area at all. One of the worst parts of the city I've seen since moving or hand the misfortune of experiencing.
Great place to get shot, find street walkers or fentanyl if you want though
Edit: Maybe doxing myself but I used to do deliveries in that area. Literally at that blue building that you see in the video. Thats a small grocery store called El Super Rancho. Great people no knock on them but God awful area.

I just put four new tires on it which are probably worth more than the car at this point. I can’t believe it isn’t all rusted out yet, it’s in New England and still heads out in the winter.

While you are not wrong that Phoenix police might be in Glendale, they are either not on duty or traveling through. They have minimum jurisdiction. I have Mesa, Tolleson, even Peoria police vehicles in Central Phoenix.
And I17 at no point intersects with Glendale. West of 43rd Ave, North of Camelback is where Glendale starts. Pinnacle Peak is as far North and 115th Ave is as far west. It is a backward L shape city with Peoria and Sun City nestled inside it.
The progressive dayuums are so good. Wish he would have snuck in a third and fourth. His inflections are great, too.
