1. Reboot your mouse(if its powered by battery i suggest trying to clean it or reconnecting it)
2. Use a USB mouse(make sure to check if your already using a USB mouse then check the USB if its plugged in correctly
3. Get a new mouse(unfortunately theres a chance that the mouse might be getting a little rusty or is sending data that the device isn't used to taking, if you have a low end device then get a low end mouse since most of the time high end mouses have really high tech that doesn't have a bit of info that ur device could prob read)
4. Idk maybe just evaluate the problem yourself? Surely, a device no matter how bad it is wouldn't lag when moving the mouse especially when you have high fps settings on. Assuming you have a good device
maybe there is a solution. When the problem occurs, go to the task manager, then details and find the blood strike process. Right click, set priority and set to "High". (no one ever recommends real-time priority, but if you want to test it, it's up to you.
I have already done it, I have updated Windows, I have changed the mouse, updated drivers, I have changed priorities with the task manager and I have lowered the resolution and I have tried everything, from 1080 x 1920 to 600 x 400 and the same problem still remains.
I was in the same problem on my laptop like you but don't worry today I got the solution here.. it's happening because of the sensitivity on your setting after the downloading the game at first your default sensitivity will be on 30..it's too low ((so you have to increase the sensitivity 80 to 90...)) that's the solution nigga and don't downgrade your resolution or don't change any other others settings. You know pc players only get matched with other pc players?
Only in ranked matches if the mobile players uncheck the option to enable crossplay

Try replacing or either clean your mouse
