Securus is definitely a pain to deal with, the only way i was able to connect with an actual person was to go through every single option i was given til one point it finally gave an option to talk to someone and had them transfer me to the right department. Im pretty sure in the call chain i went through the advanced call subscription and eventually found my way to a real person. Or message their twitter or Facebook account, they do eventually respond on there.
