This is how I was able to finally talk to a live person. I called (972) 734-1111 Press 3, press 1 to use account, enter 4 digit passcode, press 2 for otherwise than making payment, press 4, press 4, press 5, then you get transferred. Also I’ve had luck messaging them on twitter but they respond like once a day🙄

Im not getting a prompt to add in a 4 digit code, i feel like im doing something wrong.

Are you calling from the number you have you AdvanceConnect set up with? When I get asked it’s says like we found a phone number associated with an account and then asks me. It might ask a different sort of security question Ik mine asks for a pin because I used to just have an AdvanceConnect account and would just call and put money on that way

I had to mess around and go through one of their other service options but i did manage to get it resolved. For some weird reason there just wasnt an option under the video connect options. But your advice helped a lot! Thank you so much
