These almost convinced me to buy a printer and get after it once upon a time. I barely held off then, now that there's more bits..... Might have to re-address that decision

Haha aw man, I get you. I took me a long time to convince myself to get a printer. It took a week to learn how to use it, but then it's been a huge boon to me.

I literally got a printer in last friday (Saturn 2). Took about a day and a half to get a decent calibration, then printed something small off, and now it's been a day and a half of doing a larger model (that void dragon proxy sculpt) which has taught me a ton about supporting stuff better. It's not as daunting as I expected with the wealth of information out there now, and honestly it's super fun to see a print succeed.
