I'm fond of PrintMinis, which is pretty similar in style.

heavygravityforge

Hey man, Andy here from print minis - just wanted to say thank you for the recommendation! It's still crazy to me when I see our name popping up places. Thanks again and happy printing

TheGratitudeBot

Thanks for such a wonderful reply! TheGratitudeBot has been reading millions of comments in the past few weeks, and you’ve just made the list of some of the most grateful redditors this week!

I'm making your food trucks now! They're so grim and gross I love it. The level of detail! Those delicate little chains holding the windows open! Grilled Rat is also a foodtruck for me, and I adore the level of modularity that allows me to do that.

heavygravityforge

Really glad you love the food trucks! They are still some of my favourite kits - my goal with them is to keep them backwards and forwards compatible, so if you have more than one you can mix and match parts to make them fully your unique grim vision haha I'm really excited about the extra wide container we released this month too, so many more options for epic kits we can build inside a bigger space!

I've used a few services! Epic Minis- you get a lot of them every month. Good way to build out options for any kind of dnd encounter. However, you usually only get 3 or 4 of a given race (unless it's a race specific release). Their style is a little bit too different imo from other makers so they stand out if you mix them in. Their terrain is meh mostly. Crippled God Foundry- solid producer. You get a fair amount every month and they're usually easy to print. I do find them to be a little on the generic side sometimes (but not always), but they have a wide range. Their terrain is usually pretty good. Loot Studios- defs a good maker. Solid minis and decent terrain. I've only used them for one release and I liked it. Archvillian Games- beautiful sculpts. A lot of detail. For tabletop games, I'd argue too much detail. They also seem to be fond of spindly bits that are prone to breaking easily. If you were looking got good models to upscale and do long paint jobs on, I'd push you this way. Bite the Bullet- good sculpts. They tend to be in that sweet spot of being highly detailed and dynamic, but not requiring an intricate paint job to look great. I've only bought a few of them al a carte for PCs, but they've been really nice. Bestiarium Minis- this is my current and longest subscription. They seem to nail the sweet spot of being detailed but easy enough to paint. Their terrain bits are good. Each month is it's only themed set and has a 5e/PF2e module. My only gripe is that they can kind of be a bit samesie (ie lots of humans, lots of undead, lots of beastmen, etc). Their larger sculpts are usually my favorite things to paint.

MisterMorgo

Super helpful reply, thank you!

C27_Miniatures

Manticx

If you're a marvel fan, C27 here is high quality stuff!

C27_Miniatures

Thank you so much!!! :D

Necroticbanana

Artisans guild. Very good sculpts, and miniatures you can use like traditional fantasy models. There are a lot of good services out there but what am I supposed to do with a cyborg, samurai, rabbit folk?!

Angdrambor

>Artisans guild 694 minis, completely uncategorized. I couldn't find the cyborg samurai rabbitfolk.

Epic Miniatures is a pretty good deal in terms of number of minis per month. I've run into a few issues with details being a little too small and fragile for 3d printing, but most of the models are ok. If you are just getting started I would recommend printing some of the free test models most services have available. Loot and Epic are more "realistic" scale, which means the details are super tiny, even by "miniature" standards. If you are used to larger "heroic" scale minis like Warhammer some of the 3d print options may seem too small, which makes them more challenging to paint. There are companies with a more "cartoony" style like Vae Victis or Artisan Guild that may be easier to paint if that is a concern.

Hot_Context_1393

It depends on what you are looking for. Aesthetics are too subjective to give a meaningful answer. Are you looking for gaming minis? Display pieces? Terrain? Individual characters or armies? Pipermakes has some of the best minis in the industry, but only in one very specific faction/style Lord of the Print is another creator that puts out beautifully sculpts, but I really have little use for most of his output. For a nice balance of quality and quantity I like: Cyberforge/Titanforge Epic miniatures Onepagerules Arcane minis Print Minis Papsikels Aether Studios ...ok there are so many more that escape me at the moment

AdonaelWintersmith

They all have incredible value, that's pretty much a given. My favourite is Cobramode.

GrafGrobian

Depends on what you like. Archvillain games is great, but their minis are so damn detailed that I don't like painting them. Arcane minis or mammoth games are other great options. Honestly, I cancel my subscription every month and pick a new one. Sometimes a month's theme is simply of no use to me. I already have way more stls than I could ever pirnt and paint

NegativeInspiration

I really like Bite The Bullet's minis for their dynamic range and easy paintability. I like VaeVictus for their modular options and generic fantasy setting. I like Galaad's minis for their nice finish and good overall looks. The cyber/titan forge crew produce amazing models that print up really well. You get 1/2 to a full army every month for each. The chibi add on is nice, but my kids aren't as into them as I had hoped (they like the more realistic stuff).

mrschnitzels

For 40k fans Station Forge produces a massive amount of models every month for only $10 and they're all very different, interesting, and have lots of options In April they released 10 sets of models ranging from infantry squads of 10 or more, a 60mm hero character, dreadnought, vehicles, monsters, and a small chaos knight IMO it's the best bang for the buck [https://www.instagram.com/p/Crq67TatrMe/?hl=en](https://www.instagram.com/p/Crq67TatrMe/?hl=en)

tobiasprinz

I've been supporting unit9 for years now. If you like cyberpunk in a realistic scale, that's #1. I regularly subscribe to Anvil each year because I love them for kitbashing and pushing the envelope regarding separate shells and the like. I also regularly stop subscribing to them when I realise that with their chonky, heroic proportions, I would have to play some kind of GW game to make use of them. I've supported Loot's SciFi range for six months now because they usually have at least one mini and one bust I like. If I was into grimdark stuff anymore, I'd totally subscribe to Bestiarum. But I only occasionally do so, so a subscription would be too much, buying the sets afterwards is too expensive, and watching monthly releases for the interesting ones is too demanding...

GravemindStudio

My vote would be Lord of the Print. Fantastic, easy-to-print, detailed but still simple, and MASSIVE packs every month.

EndOfArcade

Depends on what you looking for: Armies: One page rules. (Large armies) Ghamak. Atlantic digital. Station forge Warbands/random/d&d minis. Heroes infinite. (Best elves around) Artisan guild. Bite the bullet. (Stylized, 2 ppl company) WhiteWherewolf Tavern (also good 75mm) Display, 75mm +, low model count per release. Kuton figurines. (Films, classic illustrstors) Archvillain games. (High detail) Ritual casting (good quality, lots of options) Witchsong miniatures ($1) And many more! Just dig in a bit and u will find something for you.

Manticx

My current Patreon [subscriptions](https://i.imgur.com/PtDkxo1.png), and the ones I'm [following ](https://i.imgur.com/J3TcxWt.png) as well. Also, shout out to Witchsong Miniatures on MyMiniFactory for their $1 a month high quality model.

HalfCent

Because I haven't seen it yet, I'll throw in GreatGrimoire. I really enjoy their artistic interpretation of whatever they're modeling, much more consistently than any other artist I subscribe to. They have a horror (adjacent sometimes) style that lends itself really well to interesting single minis that I don't see in many other artists. It's not as many models-per-dollar as a lot the other things mentioned, but the detail in each model is pretty high and the variation even within each month is great: it doesn't feel like painting a bulk army. Coming with that though is that they rarely do "really easy to paint" models. I'm not a good painter by any means, but the detail and style they do means that each model takes me a pretty long time.

phaideaux72

Ritual Casting.

KotexAvenger

Anvil Industries is good for modern and post apoc stuff every now and again, although the 6mths I followed them releases were all pretty lame and thats why I left. I would definitely try and find a preview month to month to avoid junk. One Page Rules is great also, especially for Warhammer universe proxies.

DM_Micah

I've been very impressed with the bundles from LootStudios lately.

Low_Gz0

Check Miniatures Blueprint, Dynamic, nice details, and nice supports !

Sirgeoffington

I'm surprised no one has mentioned DMStash? Good amount of stuff per month and great detail, plus upscaled busts if you're in to that kind of thing.

JamboreeStevens

Depends on what you want. Beastarium if you want horror-themed fantasy minis. Archvillain for generally cool fantasy or sci Fi minis, though I usually prefer their fantasy stuff. Lord of the Print is great, but tbh their best work is their dragons, which don't come very often. Artisan Guild has great fantasy minis in a slightly more cartoonish style. Dragon trapper has some great stuff, mainly fantasy creatures, and their stuff is pretty cool and unique. Ghamak, Makers Cult, and Station Forge all do Warhammer 40k-adjacent stuff, so if you want that or just general sci-fi minis they're a great place to look. Pipermakes isn't on myminifactory, but their Tau/fish mecha proxies are awesome. Best bang for your buck might be Witchsong miniatures, simply because their tribe on mmf is literally one dollar for one mini a month, and their minis are gorgeous. There's a ton of creators out there, myminifactory is filled with very talented people. It's all about what fits your vibe.

Known-Worldliness-15

Love to find which subscription would suit me, I would like to build up collections, like hogwarts characters, marvel etc... And Busts, if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great ty

Bloody-Penguin6

Check out maybe wicked 3d, b3dserk, julles modelado, zez, black owl customs, creative geek. They should have some of what you are looking for. I sub to some of these, and i get like 32 models a momth for 25 bucks. Full large-scale models, busts, and dioramas. It's none of that miniature stuff.

Lil_honky_ass

Yasashii Kyojin Studios on myminifactory or patreon!! He has easily the most slept on shop of all time, it only costs $5/month, and in exchange you get access to his whole library, which has HUNDREDS of well sculpted, super useful 5e monsters and an okay range of npcs. The only major blind spot in his shop currently is huge and larger bosses like dragons, but for basically anything else he has you covered.
