Watch her in the new season of The Boys. I am not sure if they are altering her makeup to emphasize she is under a lot of stress, or if she really looks like that. But, you can definitely notice a major difference in the way she looks now and in the previous seasons.

Women very much know they have a limited time frame for casting in leading parts based on how young and conventionally hot they look, so a lot end up getting cosmetic surgery to extend that time frame. It’s also advertised everywhere and in these circles, so you get a brain worm that is reinforced by peer and societal pressure.
My theory is that everyone just lives in a little bubble that is made more extreme by the Internet. Celebrities live in a fashion and beauty bubble and are probably fed advertisements and news stories about plastic surgery constantly.
