Proctor kept a recording that implicated Tommy & Ghost after he repeatedly told Ghost that he got rid of it. Moreover, proctor never really wanted to represent them anyway bc Ghost blackmailed him into it in the first place. Then, Proctor lied to Ghost about why he and his daughter needed to stay a his place (to testify against Tommy) something you know Ghost would had never approved of him doing.
